Job Summary

The IT Project Specialist will be responsible for being the company’s AI expert and will work with management to identify the latest trends and technologies. This individual will handle all projects and requests related to AI.

Responsibilities and Duties

Identify and work with department managers/supervisors to streamline their operations through Excel/Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) or other means
Generate Structured Query Language (SQL) as needed
Generate desired metrics with department managers/supervisors
Help champion SEA’s AI efforts to automate efficiencies across the company

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, preferred
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
Expert knowledge of VBA
A technical, logical thought process
Problem-solving skills
An ability to stick to strict deadlines
An ability to prioritize and delegate
A keen eye for detail
Good communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations
Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required
Mechanically inclined

Physical Requirements

Ability to swat, bend, and lift. Ability to lift 20-25lbs.
